People must book their rooms by August 9 (that's the Monday before).  If they book later than that they can still get the discount but after the 9th the rooms will be open to the public so availability may become an issue.  Rooms are $99 + tax.

All of the rooms are suites, most are doubles, a few only have a king size bed but the rooms have a couch that can be pulled out into a bed.  

They provide airport transportation from 7:00am to 10:00pm but require a 4 hour notice.  We will also arrange for our people to meet folks at the airport.  In the 'official' packet that will be sent to those that register we will provide a contact # to provide airport transportation for late arrivals.

They will also provide shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday morning to the venue which is only a few miles from the hotel.  We will be supplementing their shuttle with a cargo van of our own.
